Unable to take appointment, rude, threatening to take me the customer to court if I didn't agree in advance to shell out $100 if I cancelled an appointment for any regardless of what the reason is, and even if I informed them in advance that I couldn't make it for some reason. That's not fair. And this is after I am a preferred customer who has paid up 700 in advance for loyalty for services. Turns out now they are happy to keep my money up front and then will keep charging me even if they don't provide any service to me. Feeling conned and swindled. This is not how business works. Very disappointed. Buyer beware.
